On the Rebound Presented
by Justine & Keith McFarlane

This 45 minute DVD includes instruction and a fun, enjoyable and easy to follow 38 minute session which can be tailored to fit any level of fitness.

The 38 minutes are divided into the following sections:
1. Warm up (or beginners - 11 minutes)
2. Aerobic Rebounding (12 minutes)
3. Strength Rebounding (12 minutes)
4. Lymph Patting (3 minutes)

These sessions can be done individually (as 3 – 12 minute Sessions), or used together to create longer workouts of between 15 – 38 minutes.

On the Rebound 2 Presented
by Justine & Keith McFarlane

This 50 minute DVD is slightly more intense than DVD1 and is suitable for Beginners plus – intermediate plus and can be tailored to fit any level of fitness.

The 45 minute workout is divided into the following sections:
1. Rebound Conditioning – chi toning moves to build strength, tone and increase energy (15 minutes)
2. Aerobic Rebounding – with fun stretch, toning and interval training techniques (15 minutes)
3. Resistance Rebounding – can be done with or without hand weights, and ends with a lymph pat down and a belly bounce for super toned abs (15 minutes)

These sessions can be done individually (as 15 minute Sessions), or used together to create longer workouts of between 30 – 45 minutes.
