Boxing

High energy strength and cardio

Boxing sessions are high energy strength and cardio. However, you can start slowly and build up over time as your boxing skills and cardio fitness
improve.

The groups will be kept small (Max. 10 participants) to allow for more personal instruction.

Sessions are 50 minutes.
